(My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day.
