"Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). Piscinas adultos e infantis enormes com spa e ofuro para adultos. Porem a parte infantil encontrava-se sem manutencao, aparentando abandonada. Esse foi nosso unico lamento. Funcionarios cordiais e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza caso a parte infantil seja rejuvenescida."

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel...

"A piscina térmica estava um pouco fria, o hotel no geral aparenta estar passando por dificuldades, já estive outras 3x e senti a diferença. Meu quarto alagou, um ralo do banheiro obstruido foi a causa. O funcionario conseguiu resolver e limpou o quarto, mas ficamos em funçao disso por volta de 1h, no check out não houve nenhum pedido de desculpas por parte do Hotel. A recreaçao nao tem todos os dias, e a área baby tb piorou. O parquinho coitado, nao ve uma tinta há anos. A quadra de tênis tb...
