"Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, very honourable..... The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. "
