"Hotel was super nice staff was super professional breakfast was at the correct temperature I liked everything about the hotel they gave me the VIP double upgrade so I had an a balcony with a water view. They were very nice to me. The room was in great condition I could use the pools at all three hotels the Crowne plaza the Radisson and the park in n. Hotel even told me about transfers to the mall. Hotel was perfect and close to the airport. I was very pleased with my selection."

"It is amazing how you get the sense of a true retreat when you got on the jetty. The villa are well maintained, clean, and unique in their design. The beach is magical all day long. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. My kids loved it and will surely go visit again."

"The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again."

"Great hotel about a half mile from the water front. Dunkin donuts around the corner and 5 minutes walk from Starbucks and next to a small park with fountains. I was very happy. Room a bit dated but big and spacious."

Oddly they also provide tea/coffee only at check in, and don't replace these at housekeeping, but that's a minor issue. Drying clothes might be a bit difficult in the bathroom. While the kitchen is functional, there's very little in terms of utensils, so unless one has their own, it's hard to cook. However, the...

"Paradise! We stayed in the overwater Vila then a duplex tent, accommodation was great, the overwater villa just luxury. Lovely resort too and food/restaurants were great too"

"The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel."

"The Hotel does not have parking facilities so finding a parking after 9pm is a nightmare. The parking around the hotel area is Residential parking after 9pm and you need to get a permit to park in the common parkings on the road. Service was too slow and everytime we had to request for the daily water and coffee which was supposed to be in the room. "
