I felt just some small things let it down, like you needed 2 remotes to operate the tv and its confusing as they conflict with one another. they advertised 24 room service but had hardly anything on the menu, i had to ask what they had and i think it was 3 small dishes out of the entire menu selection which was disappointing. also breakfast was really poor - no options or choices, just a small basket with hummus, cheese, omelette, a...
