"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. "I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. There were only 2 channels in English and neither had good content so I used my laptop to watch YouTube. Breakfast was good, variety of food and attentive staff. Sameers team were great. Reception staff were very helpful also. Had an issue with one of the staff members in the gym but this was quickly resolved by the hotel. They definitely pay attention to customer service. "
