We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"Room was smelling to urin. It is Not good if you accept dogs in rooms with a tapestry. Had to pay for Tourist tax 4 Euro!!!! On site of the town should it be Euro 1,75 "

"Old building with some interesting decorative features. Very small but adequate room with the worst bathroom possible. Knees pressed against shower door when on loo and the tiniest shower with mouldy grout and chipped tiles. Water pressure was so bad that i couldn't wash my hair."
