"The hotel is up-to-date and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and had nice bathroom and shower facilities. The room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machine—bonus points for this nicety! Even though we were told the room would only be serviced once during our three-night stay, it was cleaned every day. "The townhome style rental we stayed at during our time at Su & Su motel was very roomy and accommodating for our family of 7. The pool is nice and big and there is a separate kiddy pool for little ones, 1.5 - 2 ft deep. The main pool is the all the same depth, about 4 feet deep. It is the perfect temperature. The property is not a fancy resort style property. It more of a country feel. It backs up to farmland so there are cats, cicadas, spiders, and other insects you will see on the grounds. Our...

"We had a great stay- 2 adults and 5 kids. The property is lovely and the cabin was comfortable and nice. The owner doesn’t speak much English, but was very helpful. The area isn’t too far off the path, and was a good base for exploring Jeju. We had a car, so not sure how easy to get there by public transport. Kids loved the pond and animal statues and the crickets at night are magical (but not disruptive to sleep). Would stay again! "

"The room is big but very disappoiinted that only have 1 day housekeeping for a 3 nights stay. Reasons given as follows: 1. Only 1 house keepiing for several nights stay. Ask the 'several nights' is for how many nights and no answer. 2. Claimed there was a lady in the room that has disallowed the house keepiing. Problem is that we were out the whole day since 9am in the morning. 3. Finally said the house keeping lady overlook and missed the house keeping. "
