"I booked a non smoking room and the first thing I smelled in the room was strong cigarette stench, including on the pillows. It was difficult to breathe all night. I immediately noticed the AC was not working, the front desk person was helpful even though it was late at night, he reset the AC from downstairs and it started pushing cool air slowly albeit, but at least it was working.
