"Check in was friendly and professional. Cleanliness was excellent and comfort in room was fantastic. Complementary spa use was a nice extra as well. One comment on the spa was the steam room and sauna weren't particularly hot. Perhaps just personal preference. Also the liner on the spa pool has come loose, feels a bit lumpy under foot."

"Check in was swift and pleasant. We were shown to the suite (family suite) and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely thick quality duvet and pillows. Tea and coffee available also. Towels were plenty and again good quality. We ate in the bar and the staff were great. Apologies for the names (both lads) Food was lovely. Very enjoyable spur of the moment stay. I would return in a heartbeat."

"A special shout out to Tom the waiter who went above and beyond serving us in the pub, he was the only worker doing his job on Sunday 9th march 25, his manager sat chatting to public all shift or out the front having a vape, while Tom was running around catering for everyone all on his own. Never once complained and had a smile all shift. "

"Couldn't really fault for the price paid. Modern and spotless. Good location for the town, and very friendly helpful staff. All good. Nice boozer too. Public parking around the corner - and its free! Downside is its often full during the day - better to wait until after 5pm if you can. There are plenty of other parking options around the town. All personal preference - but a later check out would have been nice; we are not 10am people!"

"Beautiful location lovely local walks, convenient for West/Mid Wales. Culture and friendliness of service absolutely top notch. They do have an EV charging point which is particularly useful for those coming from a long distance or exploring this rural area. They may need more than 1 soon but I was the only EV owner staying."
