"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. "We went out of season for a little break, & this was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble & the owners were so so lovely, friendly & very helpful. The warm & cosy little cottage was decorated beautifully & had everything you needed. (Plus a hot tub outside!) All in all a truly wonderful experience - our dog loved it too!!"

Our rating is based on the following points which are important to note when booking. The garden is not secure as described. This meant we were unable to let our dog into the garden without a lead.
