"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. "Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes. There is no iron in the room so make sure you are prepared for that. There are also no wash clothes provided. And mostly there is going...

"The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure."
