"What an amazing experience! The hotel is gorgeous and in an ideal location for walking and exploring old town. Our room was lovely and perfectly equipped. Our balcony and its view was a showstopper! I could not have enjoyed it more. The service at the hotel was outstanding - from the personal greetings to the extreme helpfulness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will always recommend to anyone traveling in the area. "

"Good location, central but set back 1 street from the old port. Very easy access to the metro, tramway, and buses. Room was nice, had a fridge, microwave and cooker if you wanted to use them. AC didnt appear to be working however, and the bathroom was a bit dated. The hotel was undergoing renovations specifically for the bathrooms at the time though, so they may be refreshed in future. Would stay again."

"My room did have an ocean view as promised, however the slated ceiling meant i couldnt stand upright at the window. The shower door came off the shower as soon as i got out. I told the desk staff about it the following morning but no one ever came to fix it. However the room was clean and a good size for my needs. There is an elevator, but you have to climb 3 sets of stairs to get there, and only goes to the 4th floor. To get to my room on the 5th floor were 2 sets of stairs. The desk clerk upon...
