"The hotel is very good overall. The only problem we had was the taxi reservations. We asked the concierge to reserve a taxi for us, once to go to the restaurant and the other time to go to the airport. Both times the taxi was late, especially the driver of the airport service didn't show up and we had to call for a new one. We almost missed the flight."
