"The hotel itself is in an extension of the city and far away from any option to dine out. You are bound to the extremely limited menu offered in house. Not everything on the menu is something I would ever order and this reduces the options even more. In a one hour walking distance is no other restaurant. The beach is about 80 stairs down the property and very steep. The Black Sea is extremely dirty. This is not a proper beach-front property. I did wear a white SPEEDO T-shirt with UV protection...

"The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."

"We were really disappointed in how old fashioned and dreary the apartment was. Very little was offered in the way of housekeeping. Our bed sheets were not changed in 14 nights, the spare pillows had no pillow cases on and there was no mattress protector on the bed. The pool was nice, but the best areas were hogged every day by the same people putting towels out at ungodly hours. "From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. We complained about the room on the second day because you could hear everyone else's septic waste running through our bathroom, very loudly. The gentleman really didn't care and did nothing about it, wouldn't even change our room, just said "it's the same in every room" . Every night until 1am the children of the family who run...

"Don't Go there... It's awful place with a bad property managing.. it's dirty.. rusty .. rude staff.. I made a lot of pictures for evidence.. Misleading information for the property location and owful reception support.. They ruin my vacation.. A lot of stress.. because I needed to speak directly with the property manager..so I can leave the place... I don't recommend that place.. neither the unfriendly staff.. "
