Lachelle at the front desk went above and beyond to deliver incredible service from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. The fellow who serviced breakfast was a truly joyful start to the day, despite never pausing once during his work, serving so many people. "On issue I have is when you pay the deposit for the room, it takes them more than 2 days to refund the money back. No one should have to wait on their money. I checked out Friday morning and here it is Wednesday and I am still waiting. Will have to pay extra for better service."

"Hotels / Hampton Inn obviously running scam. After booking more expensive larger room, only to receive a smaller room for the higher price on check in. Called Hotels.com almost unpublished cust svc, and got no help even though Hotels.com sold the larger room - I got the smaller room at a higher price. Don't use Hotels.com, it's a scam."
