"Rooms and bathrooms are clean, hotel was clean and it was inviting.the room we was in didnt have the best smell, but ater i cleaned and sprayed it, i was greatly satisfied. Overall the hotel has thus far been the best hotel in hirsham that we have stayed in so far."

"Staff was great all of them. However the hot tub was broke, the pool looked like it had 600 bags of chlorine in it and the people on our floor were so loud and obnoxious, running up the halls"

"The staff was very friendly.. I think there should be more then one garbage can in each room, there was only the bathroom garbage can. Also the tv should be mounted on the wall. You cant really see it. (maybe a little bigger tv)? other wise my stay was nice"

"Some of the staff can be more attentive, but overall for the most part they are kind. The bathrooms cabe a lot cleaner, but overall the rooma are great and they smell wonderful."
