When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen. Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible. "Everything was great about this hotel. It was conveniently placed near MANY shopping centers, and most importantly for us, Sesame Place. The staff at the front desk were always pleasant to talk to and they were very kind. The room we stayed in was up to date and there was not anything of major concern that needed to be brought up. "My room needed some updating. The thermastat, although workable, did not show the temperature in the room. The TV ok button did not work so I could not watch TV, could not get any chanel to come on. It took a good 10 minutes for hot water to come into the shower and even then the shower was not very hot. I thought the breakfast food was only fair so went out for breakfast the following day. The coffee was good however."
