"The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"We had a well-deserved getaway with 11 amazing ladies and we had a blast. We laughed, we ate and we took a hike and of course we tried the chocolate and wine!!! It was wonderful and such a beautiful place with some amazing history! Thank you so much!"

"A beautiful eclectic home !! Had a wonderful family girls trip celebrating my sister’s 65th birthday! This home was spacious with stunning views and accommodated all of our needs. We enjoyed that we were close enough to town and yet at the end of the day benefited from the privacy & uniqueness of this fabulous home , additionally, the goats were an added bonus to our fun . Lastly , David could not have been a better host !. Our needs were immediately addressed !! A++"

"This was an excellent base from which to explore both the Princeton campus and the wider region. Very spacious so perfect for a larger family. Centrally located to shops and restaurants, etc, as well as train station. Quick commute to Manhattan and Philadelphia. Interior is lovely and almost makes you feel you are in California (instead of NJ in winter.:)"

"The place was clean with pleasant decor and consisted of a living room, bathroom and bedroom (no kitchen facilities). It is on the top floor of one side of a sprawling duplex that is divided into apartments. Only the bedroom had aircon - a window unit that wasn’t powerful enough to cool the bedroom, let alone the living room. The heat was oppressive and we didn’t see any fans. "The Park House is a beautiful, large house that was easy to make a temporary home for an extended stay. All our needs were quickly addressed, insuring a great time for all."

"Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. "Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."
