"安靜整潔環境，附近也很方便，有捷運和商場，可惜入住期間遇到幾晚有人抽菸，透過空調傳到房內，空調關掉後，菸味久久未散，飯店對這點也無能為力！只能讓我們換房，換房之後還是有菸味，最後只能開窗關空調。早餐無變化，點了熱咖啡，送來都是溫咖啡，每次都要強調需要溫度高一點的咖啡！"

"I was treated well here, the room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was served at the right temperature. If you are going here as a tourist you will not find anything close for sightseeing. It is a very quiet neighborhood if your looking for a peaceful retreat "

"Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve. "Booked this over Hilton, Sofitel, and a few other big name 5 stars. It was comparable in price but so many negatives. Bad pool, bad restaurants, poor service. I was really surprised as I always thought Kempenski was at the top and I've always wanted to stay there. So far away from the city...about 30-40 min away from everything.
