"This hotel is pretty good overall - very big rooms, big bathroom, and quite clean. The subway is about 10 minutes walk. There are a lots of small restaurants nearby. The only thing I'd complain about is the cigarette smell on the whole floor where our rooms were."

"The hotel truly shines in cleanliness and amenities, making our stay exceptional. Our room offered a stunning river view from a high floor, and its prime location made exploring the area a breeze. Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment. A special shout-out to Horace, the bellboy, whose assistance with our luggage made our visit even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return next time!"

"Originally was given a disabled room with a bathroom that was not ideal as water would have escaped the sink. I complained and asked another room and was offered another room that was smelling smoke although I booked non smoking room. Was then changed to a second floor room and was told I would be given a more comfortable higher room the next day however nobody from reception contacted me during my 4 nights stay."

"I like the food in the Chinese restaurant, HongMian. It was a surprise to me the quality of the food as well as the environment as it was a last minute choice for us. I also appreciate the concierge staffs in helping to book dinning for us as we did not have a local mobile number. "
