"I was given a room that smelled like strong cigarette smoke. I was told it was non smoking. The office argued with me about it but they would not come and smell the room. I finally got offered another room (smoking) and the air conditioner did not blow cold but rather slightly cool air so we had to buy an air freshener, take cold showers and sweat the entire stay. The table was broken off the wall and set aside, there is mold above the showers, the floor is so dirty you cannot walk barefoot, the...
