"The information on Hotels.com for this property is not accurate. Their check in time isn4 pm, not 3 pm as listed. However, the staff was very friendly and understanding and was able to accommodate an early check in. Overall, very clean property, friendly staff."

"This was a great find, and a very pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful, the room was very spacious, the location to the Lynx Blue Line was perfect. The only thing that I am disappointed about is that I left some clothing items behind, and never got them back. I also, had to keep calling about them, and never got an apology from anyone. I’m not sure why the cleaning staff didn’t turn them in, but the pants were a gift from my sons….a major bummer. "

"Charlotte,NC is one of my new favorite places to visit. 15 minutes from airport. Hotel is in central location surrounded by many great restaurants. Sports arena, museums and some local parks to enjoy while walking around. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A delicious dessert dish was sent to our room for our anniversary trip. Can’t wait to visit again !"

"I had high expectations about this hotel. But when I got there it appeared dated and worn out. The photos and description are deceiving. It was not new, or a cutting edge facility. Staff was very friendly."
