"I seemed like the proprieter was having a family reunion & dinner in the entry lobby during my check in. The building is thin walled, so sound really travels. There was activity in the parking lot, and hallways all night. But very convienent for attending ThunderHill Raceway."

"It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. The water pressure was great, but...
