We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. He said they would do better. Also, the cold water knob was so difficult to turn...

"It was fine for a pass though for the night. Bed was comfy. Tv worked. Refrigerator and microwave. No coffee though. Not in the room or lobby. Parking outside your door. Walk to walmart. Right behind hotel. Of course it needs updating. I would stay again. I slept good there. "
