Advertized premium channels on tv but did not have nfl playoff game. Also, furniture was worn and shabby and a 1' x 4' wall panel fell down, exposing the the studs. We ended up not staying, even though we could not get our money back. Very disappointing.

This property is the next to the worst place I have stayed. Filthy, smelly hallways. Door facing was propped against the wall, looked like SWAT had been there. Carpet in room was filthy. The property needs either a complete make over or a bulldozer.

VERY BAD SERVICE
The service was very bad. The day manager i don't know his name was very rude. His attitude was very nasty. Alot of the things in the rooms was not working like the refrigerator, tv, toilet etc. The 1st night we got there we had to change rooms 3 times before we got a room that had everything working. When housekeeping comes in your room to clean up they turn the air off that you leave on too keep room cool. Asked the guy for some towels and with a attitude he said i have to wait on housekeeping when im trying to get ready for my mother's funeral and he won't go get any. I had to walk around and find housekeeping. I had several family members to stay at this hotel this pass weekend for the funeral and everyone had a bad experience with the guy. I have stayed there a few times and never experienced this before. I referred my family members to this hotel to get treated like we did. His attitude is so unacceptable. That was 3 nights of hell. I have stayed a plenty of hotels and this is my 1st time i ever had to write a bad report. I think i deserve a gift card or something. But i want be coming back there. The room was hot when we arrived, toilet filthy, and the sink only sprayed one thin stream of water at extreme pressure that made it splash everywhere. The beds weren’t bad. No staff available when we checked out, had to leave key at front desk with note. Did not feel safe.

Wow in not a good way!
There was no A/C on in the lobby and all the doors were open. The desk clerk was very nice. when I got to the room the extra lock had been removed. It was a one night stay so I just said we could do that. Ice machine was not working and there was no breakfast. A really ran down property.

Really bad hotel.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in was minimal. Clerk did not speak except to ask my name and state the room #. There was no breakfast as advertised, the laundry was out of order and we chose this site so we could do laundry. The doors were all coming apart. Exterior doors would not open and close without great effort and when we got up at 6 all exterior doors were open, so zero security. We stayed at a super 8 the night before so I know this is not typical of super 8. You should pull your name off this location

PAY THE EXTRA 30
Room was not very clean found other people's stuff inside. was really worn down. The sheets and towels atleast smelled like they where washed in bleach so thats good. They showed pictures of a breakfast but there was nothing but some folgers coffee for paying over 100 bucks I would spend the extra 30 for a nicer place. cool they had 3 full sizes beds on the room but not worth the 126 I paid. Next time ill read more reviews. Also felt mildly sketchy but we thank God were safe the whole night. Eveing staff was nice.
