"My room reeked of cigarettes. The toilet paper had seemingly been dropped in a dirty toilet then put back so that it was soaked and yellow. The outlets did not work. They were able to switch my room and the front desk worker was nice but the overall experience was simply GROSS."

"This hotel was so clean and new! I had to come to the city for a memorial service for my sister at a college she worked at. It was a hard trip to take! The hotel made things much easier for me! Definitely a great value for what I received. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Temperature was perfect for sleeping. "

"This was a 50 year reunion trip for five girlfriends that met as Freshman at UMass in 1974. We had a great time reminiscing and touring the campus and stayed overnight in the hotel which got us all rooms on the same floor. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good."
