"We arrived by bus in Seville late so needed a hotel near the bus station for one night. We chose well! The hotel is nice, new, clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! We had breakfast there for a fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast had a variety of fresh food and beverages. Excellent! The area around the hotel is walkable, safe, and near many great sites!"

The location is really convenient to all the central attractions. Noise outside of the building is my only complaint. "The property was near to all shops and restaurants, just.around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was in walking distance to Picasso's house, and museum, a Roman amphitheater and walls, and also within easy walking distance to the Port and beach. I would definitely stay there again."

However the desk dont seem to have socket for working on laptop etc so you ll need to go go the communal areas for that. The stairs to climb up is a particular failure because the ladders are quite thin without much for the feet to balance on.
