"We stayed 5 nights. In 2 of the 5 nights, the neighboring room had their TV (that was very loud) on until 4 AM. In 1 night, there was a baby constantly crying in the morning hours. It was just a difficult stay, but I don't think there was much anyone could do about it-"

"The property is within walking to several stores and restaurants. The property needs new furniture in rooms and a safe in the rooms would be ideal."

"The room was lovely, room was big, the king sized bed was super comfy, clean, quiet room. It would be really good if it had a restaurant in the hotel, rather than having to order out through Uber eats or delivery, especially when you dont have a car or traveling solo. It was Great having an airport shuttle bus! Great to get a 4am wakeup call too so you dont miss the shuttle or flight! Staff pleasant and helpful. Didnt use the pool, so can't comment on that. Otherwise, a good 1 night stay. "

"Fire Alarm batteries were dead, beeping in the hallway throughout the night. Smoke alarm detector in room was removed, more than likely battery was beeping in room as well. Doors kept open during late nights, not secure to those who have not paid. "

"The price was reasonable and the room was spacious. The big advantage was being able to walk to the Princess cruise terminal. The "breakfast was minimal: some muffins and breakfast bars, for the most part. There are some Quaker oatmeal packages, as well as grits (just add hot water, which is available at the counter). Coffe and teabags are also available at the food counter, but not in the rooms."
