"We were 7 adults, 2 children (ages 4 & 6), and a dog. The primary reason for this stay was time together in a recreational setting. All but one of us skied and nearby Mount Abrams was great for the kids as beginners. We also enjoyed Sunday River and Carter's XC Ski Trails.Black Cap Lodge is brand new and immaculate. "...and that's a lot, because we had high expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were always a quick phone call away. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the house is close to town but tucked away for privacy too. We'll inquire about another stay next time we ski Sugarloaf."

"We had a wonderful stay at Heather’s house for our ski trip to Saddleback. It was very comfortable and convenient and had plenty of space for us. We also enjoyed the pool table and games. Heather was very communicative. We would love to stay again in the future!"
