"The room, with one queen bed, was a good size, with desk, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea machine. The bed was very comfortable, and all was clean. I had the pool to myself on this winter day, which was wonderful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, and fruit. Staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Really cool 200 year old building made into a hotel. Good easy parking. Close to Casinos. Clean. Friendly staff. I would have given 5 star for all but we had no pillow cases on the pillows although they promptly brought them to us and the bed was hard a s a rock. I like a comfortable mattress."

"It's quiet , comfortable and relaxed. I didn't like climbing the stairs to the higher level my legs are not fans of stairs. But everything else was very good 😊🐈‍⬛"

"Room, bedding and bathroom were clean and spacious. Surprised with how quiet the room was, did not hear highway traffic at all. Breakfast was simple; it was just enough to get us back on the road to our next destination."

"The room walls and lighting were really cool. Alexia controls made for a nice addition. The shower was amazing with water coming from every direction pretty much. The hot tub took forever to fill but was a fun and relaxing experience. I was disappointed we couldn't get the tv attached to the hot tub to work or the massage chair. This took the rating down especially since paying more than double the normal price because it was NYE. Also there were a lot of parts in the room that cowarded the bed...

"Siblings and family - RI natives - returned home for a funeral. Nick was a tremendous host and offered an early check-in without us asking. That ended up being a great blessing for the family that arrived early. The home is in a beautiful location and was as described and spotless upon arrival. Communication was first rate. Highly recommend for large family gatherings. Thanks Nick! "

"These Villas are quite nice and have lovely amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, sauna in the clubhouse. The location is also perfect bc you are close to main ave that has tons of stores and the casino is 5 mins away .what I didn't like was the enormous fees vrbo was charging us when it was booked through expedia and cleaning fees and then they want you to chk out before 10 am but take out all the trash out load a dishwasher, strip all the bedding , etc .ummm like im on vacation paying you...

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house! The house was amazing and it was so peaceful outside! Marlyn was a great host! She was very helpful and was easy to reach!! The home is close to UCONN, so just a short drive to everything!"

Would stay short term again.

"Room was clean and looked new. Room was plain. Only table on one side of bed. Really need nightstand in either side. Bathroom has Pedestal sink so no room to put out toothbrush or anything. Tub was very slippery so you need to be careful of that. Bed was very hard, but ended up actually pretty comfortable even though it was hard. Would definitely stay there again for a night or two but not more than that. I need to have a little more Table room And bathroom area to put my essentials. But it was very nice and very clean and the staff was very good. "
