"I appreciated that the airport courtesy van ran every half hour and the front desk staff told me where at the airport to find the pickup location. I had to catch an early flight, so I was grateful that breakfast was available beginning at 5:00 a.m. It was a very pleasant stay. "

"We arrived tired and the night receptionist couldn't find my reservation and I didn't like it, she didn't seem very friendly. We liked the morning receptionist when we left the hotel, she was very kind and offered us breakfast even though it was 5am. I didn't like paying $12 for parking, when I booked the hotel it didn't show where I could pay for parking."
