"The hotel is under renovation, but the king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pool and jacuzzi were working. We only needed to stay one night, it was good. Breakfast could have used some fresh coffee, it was not hot, and likely from the day before. Not a big choice, but not many guests, so I get it."

She was the only one working. You've got a staff the hotel better. We were here for a volleyball tournament at Winona State University and plenty of players, coaches, and their families stayed onsite. Give the lady a huge raise or an incentive. I wish I knew her name but it was whoever was the only...
