"I forgot to check if they have a lift, good thing the lady in reception who received us (24th March) assigned us on ground floor (Room 4). She offered us the room right away as we were with an 18-month-old and we arrived earlier than check-in. It can't be helped but whenever the front door opens during the night, it vibrates through our room. Anyway, the room served its purpose and the receptionists are all very helpful. "

Examples of this include, the flusher for the toilet being broken, the air-conditioning not operating after a powercut and while the rooms are pleasant they could use a rug for the floors as they are quite cold in the morning and if you don’t bring slippers this can be a bit jarring.
