Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

There is a good bus service into Edinburgh city centre. Dislikes - my room overlooked the neighbouring restaurant so early evening was a bit noisy. "

"Firstly, not quite an 'Airport' hotel when it takes 10 mins by car along a dual carriage way, I had expected to walk there from arrivals. There is only a tiny soap bar in the room, no shampoo or shower gel. We paid for the breakfast only to find there were no scrambled eggs left & 3 sorry looking sausages, the bread was stale and I had to ask the staff for cups then plates. There was dirty plates & cups on most of the tables, which were still there when we left, dissapointing, there seemed to be...
