This hotel is so convenient to the parks, it will only take about 15 minutes to walk through Downtown Disney to the front gate. The rooms are a great size, clean, and comfortable. "Customer service was fantastic, but the bathroom toilet in 217 the handle of the toilet was broken had to flush from the inside the tank... everything else was good."

"The room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. We saw multiple strands of hair on the bathroom floor, the tub and shower wall. The couch had stains on it too. The building is definitely old. We could hear the room next door when they were taking a shower and flushing their toilet cos of old plumbing and thin walls. When we asked for towels (which you have to do between a set time between 9am to 1 pm day prior) they only gave us two towels for a family of 4. The hotel location is convenient...

"Great spot for a quick stay! Close to any the major parks and full breakfast which was great! Only concern would be the slider door on bathroom had no closure but we made do!"

"Very clean. Staff attentive to needs and their area of responsibility, along with being very friendly. Be aware that not all rooms have interior hallways. We were surprised that our booked room was a balcony room with outside entrance. Those rooms are more subject to road noise until about midnight. Quiet after that. "
