"The Hotel was amazing every thing was perfect till we left and I realised when I got home I’d left three items of clothing hanging up in the room wardrobe . When I called back was told only my husband jacket was there - my dress and jacket wasn’t there And I certainly didn’t have it -I know I’d forgotten to take them out of the wardrobe when repacking our bag . I’ve had the real run around trying to find the two items clearly they have house keeping issues!!! so a message to who ever is reading...
