"Great value. Cleanliness seems to be a priority. Room was great , staff cheerful and nice. Bathroom is pretty small. Like I said “ great value “ ."

"Great location makes it easy to get to most everything on the south side of Sudbury, all necessities in driving or walking distance. The only thing negative for me was the hallways are very dimly lit. The outside areas was covered in snow but the Motel is located on a raised area with very easy access and great view."
