"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "

"What a perfect location to spend a few days by the lake Garda. First off: if you arrive by var, there is an entire gated area belonging to the hotel where you can park your car in the shade of olive tree (most hotels in this area only offer right spots which are difficult to get in and out). Our balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking and waking up next morning to a rich breakfast buffet got us going for a day of exploring..... only to relax later on by the beautiful hotel pool. "Gorgeous views from our room. Great breakfast with seating on a patio overlooking Lake Garda. They let us keep our bags behind the desk after checkout so we could explore a little bit more before heading out. Wonderful stay!!"

"The Hotel Martinelli was an amazing hotel. Situated in my family's home town, the hotel was welcoming, staff was friendly & the breakfast good. Rooms are very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was amazing."

"Beautiful views from breakfast (and breakfast was excellent quality.) Lovely and clean spaces, lots of plants, very friendly and helpful staff, great room - such good value and such a lovely little hotel! Right by town / the lake too - location couldn't be better!"

"Can’t believe this hotel is rated a 2 star, it’s fabulous and only a short stroll away from Malcesine centre. Despite it being next to the main road we didn’t find it too noisy especially at night. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bonus is the swimming pool. We highly recommend it and hope to return next year. "

"Three issues lowered the overall from perfect. 1) The WiFi connection is bad. It is free in the room but many problems, 2) there is no air condition nor a fan. "We could not fault our stay at Hotel Garni Selene, it has a beautiful pool and lovely large balconies, all with an uninterrupted view of the lake. All of the hotel was spotlessly clean. It was a great location for us and we used the shuttle bus several times to go into Malcesine. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We would haven no hesitation in returning to hotel Garni."

"This little hotel was really outstanding. Very clean, excellent service, wifi worked well. Great location overlooking the lake. Underground parking was tight but very manageable. We had to leave early on the day of departure so they even went out their way to set up some breakfast for us specifically. A bit of a walk to Malcesine itself - would recommend the bus or driving rather than walking. Bus stop is a few mins walk from the hotel and buses are frequent."

"The staff were very nice. Liked the breakfast. The room was simple but cannot complain for the price. Tge parking was super small, so you have to watch out not to hit the corners. We walked down to Torbole central area for dinner."

"The Remo is fabulous. Such a lovely location on Lago Di Garda with great hospitality and service! Wonderful breakfast, dog friendly beach and some of the best Pizza I’ve had! All right there!! Not to mention a large apartment with really comfortable beds that is so important and to save the best for last, air conditioners it actually really work. Two of them in our apartment. "Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"
