"Two basic single rooms, small en-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and views of a wall/garden. Stayed in October and the heating came on automatically so rooms were warm and cosy. "Good hotel, in a great location. It is basic, with no air conditioning, but the good price reflects this, and the balcony with the views more than makes up for it. It's above a restaurant which could be an issue if you want to sleep early, have small children, or don't like the smell of cooking meat and pizza (until about midnight) - but the food is lovely and you can get take away to have on your balcony which was pretty cool, the restaurant is really busy so if you want to eat in you MUST...

"this was a fantastic location close to malcesine centre (about 5-10 minute walk) if you book a Lakeview balcony you will have a stunning view every day and will be able to watch the sunset over the mountains. the location is compromised by being on the busy road circling the lake but if a little road noise wont put you off this is the perfect place.
