"My husband and I stay at this specific Motel 6 every time we visit Port Lavaca, which is usually 2-3 times a year, and for good reason. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, our room is always clean and depending on time of year, they turn the a/c or heat on before our arrival. Our fur baby is always welcome and never any problems. But this last visit I forgot my diamond hoop earrings on nightstand next to phone. I called Jacob at the front desk and being the wonderful person he is told me...

"Excellent location. Good breakfast. Great customer service. Only issue we had was elevator door poened very slow, but closed fast but was a little troubling. Sign was available assuring elevator was ok amd will be maintenanced Beds were comfortablentoo and restrooms were clean. "

"We had booked a room and had paid and was sent an email to confirm..but when we came in from out of town...we were told that they overbooked us and no rooms were available? The clerk said she was sorry and we wouldn't be charged! We shall see if they make good? 🙄"
