The toilet in my room wouldn't work, so I went to the lobby and asked for another room. He told me he could not do so, and that he wanted to look at the toilet to see if it could be fixed. Ultimately he decided it was not a fix he could do. So, eventually he gave me another room. At least the toilet worked in that one. Nevertheless I will NOT stay there again. The Baymont next door is a much better place!

Pricing for a Sunday night was $20 cheaper than surrounding hotels. Very good location and very quiet.We would use them again.

Not sure what happened at the hotel in the past 4 years that I've been to this specific one, but it was pretty horrible. I already booked the night so I stayed there but it smelled like somebody had left clothes in the washer for a very long period of time and forgot to switch them over to the dryer in the whole hotel. When I lay down first night after I early check in which I did pay for, it felt like stuff was crawling all over me so would I went to bed the next night I slept at the desk in the chair with my head down. Play at the front desk during the day was really nice, but when I went there at night the guy was kind of weird and he barely would talk to you or there just was no one at the front desk at all with the sign saying call this room and when you called the room nobody even picks up the phone which I did twice. So people that were there were really nice like the people that stayed there were really nice I didn't have any issues with like worrying about my car being robbed or anything like that like I said this was the second time I stayed so the first time I said it was beautiful before years later cut too and it was a tragedy it smelled funny and even the scanner on my door was like completely busted. But other than that the ladies that cleaned the room in the morning really really sweet and short of the guy who checked me in and it's smelling like a musty football locker and it feeling like stuff is crawling on me eating me whenever I was asleep in my pajamas

Phone never was repaired. We had to request a coffee maker for the room then housekeeping didn't leave any coffee when they cleaned the room. We've stayed at this location before, a few yrs ago. It is a big disappointment to us this time.

We stayed one night the pictures are kind of misleading the pool was def smaller then it seemed check in was quick check out aswell there were stains on the wall going toward the rooms and curtains in the room restroom were clean breakfast they had run out of waffle mix called the contact number nothing rang the bell no answer the other people stating there stated they had been trying to reach someone since 4am but for just a place to sleep it work beds were firm frames were sketch i tried not to move alot lol

We enjoyed the connected rooms as we had 2 rooms with family. It was clean and polite staff. Breakfast was a bonus as the Texas size waffle made the kids so happy. The pool was well kept and clean. Our 5 year old twins had such a great time. The only negative was the breakfast bar needed to be restocked for our last morning but we made due.

The room 119 smalled like mildew. 1 of the beds were broke my husband fixed it matresses were super hard. It was extremely hot throughout the night. The pool had so much chlorine my eyes and nose burnt just from being near the pool. Breakfast was waffles and twinkies.

The Room had scrapes along the entire walls. And ac was having trouble cooling the room down took over 3hrs to cool enough to stay in the room.once I woke up at 6am the room was flooded with water from the ac. Had to have the ac off all morning to stop the flooding.
