"Location is outstanding and is in the middle of the old town within 10walk from the train station and a block form Lake Lugano. The check-in staff were very friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions. One thing that could be improved is to respond to customer issues. Our shower head fell and broke. We reported the issue and it wasn’t fixed for two days before we left. We basically used a hose for shower for a couple of days. I believe this is something simple that could be fixed...

"The location is nice, but we were disappointed. Contrary to what we expected and what was mentioned, there was no free wifi (there was no wifi at all!), the parking was 1.3 km away and this was not a hotel but a series of appartements. The one we got was not the one we rented! And at the end, it was extremely overpriced for what we got. To be avoided!"

"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. He is an architect and has done the renovation to this house himself, and is working on several other...

We rang the bell for CHECK IN as advised on a note on the front door. And waited as instructed in the note. Nothing. No one answered. "Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board. "
