"We stayed here based on the reviews I read on-line. It was called a hidden gem. We stayed one night while visiting the University of Alabama with our daughter. This hotel was perfect for what we needed and will stay here again should our daughter choose UA. The staff was the best part of the stay. "The doors were about an inch too short so you could hear everything in the hallway. It was only noisy bc of the doors. I put a towel under the door the second night and it helped a lot. "

"Close to the university in a great location for food or any shopping you might need to do. Very, very kind and helpful staff. We arrived very late and we were greeted with kindness and care as we gpt checked in so we could get the kids into bed. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a great breakfast and coffee station. "

"We were greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel at home. The hotel was very clean, well maintained and quiet. Our room was very nice! It was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We arrived Friday evening and stayed the weekend, leaving out on Sunday. Loved the noon checkout by the way! No need to rush, which was so nice for a change. We will definitely be back to stay! If you desire quality and comfort at an affordable price, I highly recommend this hotel!! "

"The front desk attendant was very polite and helpful. She told me all of the amenities available to me. Her name was Savannah. I think she should be rewarded for being a great employee. She was also quick and efficient in the check in procedure. I had been on the road all day and I was super tired when I arrived, so I appreciated the extra effort from her. "
