"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...

"The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"We booked a Junior Suite for one night. The room was basic. The curtains were untidy. The plug in the bathroom sink did not fit. We were not made aware that the restaurant would not be open for dinner in the evening. On checkout at 10am reception was unattended, so we left our key on the desk. There was another resident waiting in Reception who seemed to have a problem and needed attention but had been waiting sometime. The hotel is very noisy and not at all restful. "

Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. Parece ser que , AUNQUE ME APARECIÓ la reserva en web y el apunte del cargo monetario de la reserva, el hostal-hotel NO recibió la reserva (por no trabajar con hoteles.com), o bien hubo fraude, o bien el hostal se llenó el día que llegué (aunque reservé el día anterior). Algo raro, raro. Hoteles.com u hotels.com debe revisar este caso."
