"I found the room floor dirty and the bathroom poorly equipped. I complained to the receptionist. He informed me the hotel was full. Yet he could possibly offer a triple room, so I had to ask again once the responsible was there. I fell asleep and did not complain any further. However, the general noise of any reasonable family was ridiculous, scrapping chairs, beds, even just walking across landings was so loud. Sleep was impossible most nights without disruption!
