"The distance to travel to & from the festival was great. I think it may have taken 20-25 minutes & that's because we're not from the area. The convince of the location of the room from the elevator was nice. We did however have a froot loop cereal& a butter knife on the floor and a small.smear stain on one of the pillowcases."

"The staff was excellent and the hotel was a nice hotel. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned the best and had drops of blood through it. I cleaned it myself. Halls were a little noisy woke us up while sleeping but that isnt the hotels fault. Overall though very comfortable, nice pool and hot tub. Our room itself was clean (except the bathroom floor). "

"Took my grandkids there we live local, but thought we would spend a rainy day at the hotel with a pool. They had a wonderful time. The pool just needs some work otherwise it was perfect for our needs"

It was little things like the need for additional staff to help with breakfast or clean up the common areas like the first floor restrooms. This happened the last time we stayed at this location when the baseball playoffs occurred and the place was overwhelmed by more trash overflowing with delivery pizza boxes and the need for...
