"I came for a business trip. I would recommend Hampton Inn Oakland on 11th Street and would stay again. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. It was conveniently located 1 block from the BART station at 12th. My only complaint was when I asked for late checkout, the front desk said yes, but didn't communicate it to cleaning staff. Cleaning staff were banging on my door 30 minutes before late check out of noon while I was on the phone with a client. A plus is they just got liquor...

"This an older property but rooms were updated, small and clean. Our shower handle was having issues but they sent repair guy to address it asap. Would stay here again. "
