A fantastic “home base”

"We came in to celebrate a friend’s bday (from Philadelphia and Cleveland). Our friend lives in Vallejo so it was very convenient and a good “home base” to do some exploring (Napa and San Fran via the ferry). The house itself was clean, very well stocked with everything you could need, and thoughtful touches. Will let friends know about the place if they are visiting Northern CA!"

Cute house with everything you could need!

"Cute little house in a nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors and convenient to everything. Having access to a full size W/D was super convenient. The backyard is amazing, super private with lots of beautiful trees, a really nice place to just sit and relax. If you stay here, be sure to go eat at Maggie’s, they are fantastic! Daniele was an excellent host and I would absolutely stay at her place again. "

Perfect group house

"We stayed here with friends and family for a convention in the East Bay. The listing was extremely accurate. The house is perfect for guests staying up late on the main level while others go to sleep either upstairs or down. Great rooms for gathering. Well stocked kitchen. Prompt communication from our host. Will book again next year. "

Cottage with plenty of Space

"This lovely little place is great for having access to the highway, and for sharing the space with friends. We also enjoyed the back patio in the evening. A few discomforts were 1) the bedroom arrangement for the guest room had no window. It would be better for the guests to have access to the office, which has the sliding glass door, 2) it was stuffy in the house until we opened up all the windows, but that took a while to draw the air out (which didn't reach the tiny guest room), 3) suggestion: cental air would be helpful."

"We chose this property as we were renovating our home and it was close to everything.including shopping. The property has everything we needed. It was very clean and fully equipped. There were little touches like note pad and pen in he kitchen and extras in the bathroom. We would stay here again."

"The interior of the house was as described, nice. No grassy yard which was a little disappointing. Big domestic disturbance across the street, police were called, this is no fault of the homeowner, but did affect the stay as this occurred late at night"

Getaway in WINE country btw Napa & San Francisco

Lots of space and a wonderful view

"This is a spacious house full of high-end appliances in a quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes south of the Napa wine region. The views from the back deck are amazing and having the pool in July was perfect. We watched fireworks from the deck and enjoyed the views. Close to golf and restaurants in Benecia. I'd recommend Paradise Valley for golf and the wine trolley for seeing some amazing wineries. We had 5 adults and had plenty of space!"
