"The air conditioner did not work. It leaked all night and my backpack got completely wet. I complained and they promised they were going to fix it. They didn't. The next day after my children were already sleeping they offered me a portable air conditioner. Thar was even worse as it also made the room wet and did not even heat. So the second night we were hot and wet. When I complained to reception she made me feel as I was a diffcult guest and complained for no reason. Then my husband noticed...

Wifi does not work in all the rooms, but it's an excuse to use the beautiful common areas. We had the best breakfast of all of our Brazil trip at Pousada Vista Bela. Amazing guayaba cheescake. If we ever go back we'll stay here again. "
