"I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned. I wanted to give them enough time and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. I came back in 2 .5 hours and the lady told me that my room is yet to be cleaned and I cannot check-in.
