"I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned. I wanted to give them enough time and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. I came back in 2 .5 hours and the lady told me that my room is yet to be cleaned and I cannot check-in. "Well, the ocean view is beautiful The stuff specially the chef who is 24/7 there and does not leaves the property for a single minute is not very helpful and understanding. Room 102 is full of bedbugs, and the stuff doesn’t acknowledge that. They deny it to death. I forced them to change my room to another bedbug free one, or else they wanted me to stay in this room for my 3 days stay. Generally not clean, there is a bad odor in the hotel rooms. "
